Post-Traumatic Growth Specialist
Community & Workplace Traumatologist
Certified in Emergency Crisis Response
If you're seeking a more active, non-clinical, and holistic approach to healing from trauma, our one-on-one coaching and group sessions, led by a dedicated post traumatic growth specialist and community & workplace traumatologist, can provide the support and guidance (trauma-informed care) you need.
You might be wondering what to expect from this non-clinical approach. Our sessions offer an active path to healing, integrating modalities that recognize your mind and body as powerful resources. Working with a post-traumatic growth specialist and community & workplace traumatologist, you'll gain tools and strategies to build lasting resilience and move forward from your experiences. During your initial consultation, we'll collaboratively create a tailored plan – your personal framework for growth and recovery – helping you reconnect with your innate healing capacity and thrive.
